How we verify a payout
Questions- 1
The firm's API reports it
Connected firms send every payout and every refusal through their payout API as it happens. They can't choose which ones.
- 2
The trader sends proof
Any trader, at any firm, can send the payment record and the firm's email: a bank statement, a Rise record or a crypto transaction hash.
- 3
We match both sides
Amount, date, account and method have to agree. When they do, the payout is marked Both matched.
- 4
Anything that doesn't match is flagged
If the two sides disagree, or a refusal is missing from a firm's feed, we flag it here and on the firm's profile until it's settled.

What the status means
Last 30 days
Across every firm we track. Each number below is built only from the payouts listed on this page.
How open each firm is
A connected firm reports every payout and refusal itself, so nothing can be left out. Without an API we rely on what traders send us.

Questions
What does verified mean?
We saw the outcome from at least one side: the firm's own payout API, or the trader's payment record together with the firm's email. If neither side can show it, it isn't on this page.
Both matched is the strongest mark: the firm and the trader each told us, separately, and the amount, date, account and method agree.
Can a firm remove a refused payout?
No. A refusal stays on the list with the reason the firm gave and whether that rule was in its published terms on the day the trader bought. A firm can reply in public, or send evidence that a record is wrong. If we correct one, the correction and its date show in that payout's evidence trail.
Why is a payout marked paid late?
Every firm promises a payout time, for example 24 hours. We measure from the moment the trader asked for the payout to the time on the payment record. If that took longer than the promise, the payout is marked Paid late, even though the money arrived.
How do I send proof?
Use Report a payout. Add the firm's email about the payout and the payment record: a bank statement line, a Rise record or the crypto transaction hash. Cover anything private; we only need the amount, the date, the firm and the account. Refusals count too: send the firm's refusal email.
How does a firm connect its payout API?
From For prop firms. Once connected, the firm's system sends us every payout request, payment and refusal with its reason, automatically. A connected firm can't hold records back, and it shows here as Connected API with the date it joined.
Does connecting an API change a firm's score?
No. Firms can't pay for a better score. A connected API only makes records faster and complete; the score comes from the same payouts, refusals and times you see here. How we score.
